Hi! I'm Stella. With over eight years of dedicated experience working with individuals and families across community mental health and social services, including more than three years of specialized counselling practice, my integrative approach blends cognitive-behavioural techniques with mindfulness to address anxiety, depression, and stress management. I deeply believe in person-centred care that validates each client's unique experiences through high-quality, inclusive and accessible mental health therapy.

I specialize in LGBTQ affirming therapy, providing an inclusive space for individuals to process experiences, identities, and relationships.

My aim is to create a non-judgmental space where you can openly share, gain insight, develop a deeper understanding of yourself while finding your meaning and purpose.
