With training in evidence-based modalities like cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), choice theory reality therapy (CTRT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), as well as Gottman method couples therapy (GMCT), I utilize an integrative toolkit to support you on your journey towards better mental well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can openly share, gain insight, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself while finding your meaning and purpose.
